View Full Version : Can't login!!!!

I'm a new user and haven't even managed to get into the game yet because every time I try logging in, whether it be via 3G or wifi, it says that it can't reach the server :(
I've tried switching to airplane mode, then back again, and even rebooting the device (iOS 5.1.1) and nothing has worked...

Just out of curiosity, did you register an account or are you playing unregistered? I was looking for an answer to your problem and all I cam up with was trying to auto login with an unregistered account does not work. You have to hit log in and select play unregistered and then select your character.

If that isn't the issue, then I'll have to defer to the developers. Hope you get it sorted.

I appreciate your help, but the thing is I went to uni today in the city and managed to get the game working over the university's WiFi and over my 3G network, and everything worked fine, but when I got home and tried playing it over both 3G and WiFi it didn't work...odd.

i think everything is down right now, unless my iphone is toast, i did drop it hard this morning. oopsie.

Tsagoth made a post here about taking the servers down for an update but in the future we'll have to look into some way of notifying players in game that maintenance is being done instead of leaving people wondering.

I did see that post, but today is the 31st not the 30th. I figured that update was done yesterday and i hadn't been logged in at the time.

After the update I was playing fine. Even today morning. Is this unexpected crash of the server? (Aruru)

I doubt it. If a server outright fails the watchdog usually has it back in less than a minute. Nergal takes a while longer, but not 15 minutes.

The current client has a known login problem. If it is stuck at the "Updating" message, forcequit the app and try again.

Thank you again for your support. I forcequit a few times already. Still "Network Problem". Can Anyone on Aruru post a status here?

Well I don't think it's us. I can get in fine over 3G from the office. So it's not a proxy issue anyway.
