Its 10 per shipyard, and an additional 10 per shipyard for each rank of 'Advanced Shipyards'Quote:

Except the machine can lose count, or something else is going on. I have maxed out my advanced shipyards and have fifty or more shipyards, but my current reported maximum count is 1010.Quote:
