Apsu down?

I haven't been able to log into this server all day. Is it down?

Yes, it was. It's up now.

A few things about Apsu:
I cannot attack the aliens at the center of the galaxy. I can however colonize the planets and I have colonized enough for the win condition.
I have more or less eliminated every player off the map, certainly every home world except for Tsagoth whom I cannot attack.
Even owning virtually every planet in the galaxy the time it would take to fulfill the trader win policy I believe is approximately 2.5 years.

Any update on the update?

I know why you can colonize, but I don't understand yet why you cannot attack.

I am hoping to kick out the update any day now, I just need to wrap one thing up.
