My research queue keeps swapping itself around. Right now i have ship yard training but then its now swapped itself round and begun another skill. If i try and wipe the entire queue and then refresh the tab all the skills reappear.

Well that just sounds bizarre. Can you submit a bug in game using a three finger swipe? This will give us your player info so we'll be able to look at your character more closely. Also please include what server you're on in the report.
