Game Time wasn't added

I bought a month subscription a few days ago. As I'm using a Visa Electron with my iTunes account, i wasn't surprised when it didn't gave me instant access, as a visa electron is a prepaid card and i have no possibility to find out if there's still enough credit on my card, except for trying it out.

Today I got the bill from iTunes, stating the purchase was successfull, but I still didn't get any playtime

I hope it's not a difficult problem that arose with the purchase.
