All servers will be patched the following
- another fix that should bring closure to missing harvesters via Cancel AI
- Fleets with harvesters should now carry ore properly
- a fix for the negative shipcount. This will not correct any existing imbalances, but it should prevent any new ones from forming.
- fixes to client notification on shipyard construction and destruction
- Planetkill and Solar Coretap abilities now activate
