Am I just missing it or is there no way to view how close you are to a win, like how much ore is still required to mine, how many artifacts needed, ect. Is it just disabled for tutorial servers or not implemented yet?

The view isn't there. We made some last min changes and some minor fixes needed to be made. It should be in the next client release. You will find it on the player listing. There will be a tab for your standings.
