Server Hardware Failure

Yesterday a drive failed in one of the raid arrays. It has been replaced and the array is currently rebuilding which will take another 30 hours, approximately. During this time, there may be periods where comands seem sluggish, as the array's performance has been reduced from 250MB/sec to ~15MB/sec while the rebuild is at work.

Thanks for the update. Releaved that what I was experiencing wasn't going to be a new norm!!!
Great to have a place to check for these issues before spamming the boards.

The array rebuild is now complete and the server is back to normal.
