Forgotten Password Link?

Hi all,
I signed up, created an account and logged in... but didnt get a notification email with my account information. then paid for 1 month subscription.
Got a message saying "Toon has been chosen" (is this the server?) and then it didnt connect...
Following on from that, I tried to put onto another device, but wouldnt accept my password for the username. And I cant find a "Forgotten Password?" link anywhere either.
Can someone assist please?

Toss me a pm with your account name, and toon name, and e-mail address, and I'll get you fixed.

no confirmation email here to. Could log in to Nergal several times but at the moment (1 hour or so) there seem to be issues, at least for me.
