I am player Raven. I am a Researcher on Nergal. I am peaceful and will be nice to all who are not belligerent.
Is the game up now?! Don't see it on the App Store.
Not in the US yet, but I suspect it is in New Zealand already. I am a beta tester, so I have been in with the press. It's just a tutorial server, which has no endgame and is mostly used for experimentation. Your home solar system on a tutorial server cannot be attacked.
In the NZ store now from what we know. It'll make it's way here for a midnight release. First game will spawn and start playing around noon PST. First game server will be active shortly accepting signups.

It's Back up now.
Still having issues! I click it and it just comes up with the login box and says user already logged on. Sine it's 0230 here I'll take that as a sign to sleep and play again in a few hours!!
Dick - can you pm me your account / player name. We'll look at the logs. As a side note if you do get disconnected it may take a few moments for the login server to get the message that you've been disconnected.
is the server up now ? i'm trying for about 20 min to connect but can't enter, i get connection error ...
I have the same.. can't connect to the tutorial server :( I wanna play! Please fix it :)
i think somehow server list needs an indicator - is server ok for now or not.

Same here, looks like it says "ERROR REPORT:@" although it's hard to be sure because the Please Wait Joining: Nergal indicator is blocking the Lost Connection... popup.
Same problem here. Can't connect to the Tutorial Server. Posted this also in the tech support section in this forum.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure your servers are down. Keep on getting connection failed.
Now i have another problem , can't login. It write that i'm already logged in

We have found an issue on the server, and will repair it shortly. We have just been waiting for the right time.
No matter how much testing you do, there is always something new to break. :)
The server will encounter small reverts if it detects a failure, due to caching and other things going on it'll try to keep the revert as small as possible, but if it crashes it will load the last 100% stable state.
Server downtime has to be expected after the initial release!Quote:

While there may or may not be people in chat, you need to explore the map in order to remove the fog of war. Once you explore you will encounter other people and discover other systems. eXplore, eXpand, eXploit, eXterminate. :) It's the first X in 4 X.Quote:
