I'm looking at it now. The fight seems to run normally, but it's failing during the cleanup process.

Turns out there were some cases that would still use the old combat code. I've updated and restarted all the servers.

I was too tired last night to realize what your question was about. The AMC skill has been removed from the game. Any planet that can produce RO will do so automatically now.
