We've called them a few times already. All they can do is remotely reset the router or send a new one...
And when you say you don't get what you pay for they get scared and donate €50 to your bank...

We recently received a new Arcadyan ARV7519, but that didn't fix the problem. It's our isp that's messing with us. We're actually paying for 3mb/s but we only got a max of 350 kb/s a few years ago....

150 kb/s? The maximum I can get over wifi is about 60/70 kb/s at the moment... :-(

I also agree with Zark and Trom, if the game turns out as good as I expect it's going to be $2 a month is nothing.

Just a suggestion; Maybe it's possible to release a "lite" version of the game...
