    Home system resource creation

    Why are my home system secondary planets always showing 0u for resources? Are they mining colonies already?

    You start with One colony, and the rest of your planets are mining colonies. They should be building resources.

    I've never seen any of my home system mining colonies go above 0u on resources in this game and prior game.
