    I bought subscription, yet my character is still "expired"

    Hello, yesterday I bought 1 month subscription, however the game still shows, that my character is expired and as such, I can't play the game.

    Of course it's not much money, but it still somewhat bothers me... Or maybe it takes some time until you receive my payment?

    I've received email from Apple, that the payment was made, so I am asking...

    Send an e-mail to zark ** at ** zarksoft dot com with the following information:

    Account Name:
    Character Name:
    E-Mail used to register:

    If you selected Play Unregistered we will need you to create an account so we can match the device. Other wise we will not be able to track the account. We will do what we can to get things sorted for you.
