Just hit home button twice real quick and u can restart the app from the menu that pops up at the bottom.

That is correct! As a trader you can see that distinction much clearer. For example I found a Jovian planet that said it could produce 400 RO. After I dropped and outpost, I was only getting 40...

You need tier 1 in combat to get to tier 2 of combat. Same concept applies to each tier of skills
The reason I'm asking is I have an idea about stocking skills that would increase the warm speed and use it toward the trading ships to get an upper hand.
You need to research at least 1 tier 1 and at least 1 tear 2 skills to get access to tier 3
Well at the very least you could suicide a scout drone into the planet and just read the combat report. I haven't seen it yet, but assuming that the combat report gives you the ship/orbital count.
