Trade routes!!!

Can someone explain step by step how to make a trade route, i tried and i tried and nothing so
1.
I succeded to send a harvester to another player colony that is a trade route?

2. Is there a way to see those trade routes? Some color sign ?

3. So if i succede to trade with another player my task progress like a trader profesion didn't changed...
Can someone tell me if i am doing right?

4. I understand that i can't make fleet only with harvesters and send them all toghether to harvest?

5. What other ships can trade with other players?
