Sector numbering system
They really should start at 1, not 0.
0,0 should be 1,1 and 24,24 should be 25,25.
The only people I know who count from zero are developers.
The problem non devs run into is this disconnect between moving four spaces in, but that only being numbered three.
The first sector is the first sector, not the zeroth sector.

I'm personally okay with it. I don't think that it is necessarily a big deal. The other thing, which you covered, is it makes running larger probe missions harder. This is because you can accidentally click one square off, and not know, till it is too late.
