    Bought additional month, not displaying on my character

    As said in the title, I decided to buy an additional month due to me really liking the game, and it is not displayed on my character. It still reads an expiry of Jul. 1, instead of Aug. 1 - my account has had the $1.99 deducted.

    The character name is the same as my forum name.
