can't place an outpost

I'm having trouble setting up an outpost. I tried it with two different planets and click on action multiple time (with 1 hour interval). The action says that the outpost ship is landing but nothing happens...
An I doing something wrong? Need some help please

Can you send us a bug report to look at? Also is the ship a fleet or a single ship? To file a bug report make sure you are in the sector with the issue, then touch the screen with 3 fingers. There is a tutorial walk through on submitting a bug. Be sure to tell us what the issue is in the report.
